The Aditya Vikram Singh Smriti hospital was established in the year 2019 and is located in the Sarupaha Lalganj Tehshil of Azamgarh city and in close proximity to the City market. It is a multi speciality hospital having 150 beds offering services ranging from Medicine, Surgery,ObstetricsandGynecology,Pediatrics,Dermatology,ENT,Opthalmology, Preventive Medicine, Post-mortem facility and Pathology,Microbiology ,Biochemistry. It fulfils the requirements of the Pharmacy council of India with B.Sc Nursing courses.
The premises contain Two block 1.Hospital Block, 2.College Block and the offices of the Dean & Principal, Medical Director,and administrative Medical Officer are at I st floor of College block &
Hospital I st floor contain Emergency ward,OPD of all doctors & Medical. second floor has Surgical ward. The 3rd floor has Obstetrics and Gynaecology wards ,also well-equipped operation Theatre and Labour rooms,Operation Theater complex, CCU,Pediatric wards and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit(NICU) and Pediatric Intensive care unit (PICU).
